Welcome to my portfolio! Scroll through to view some of my projects and design ideas, or use the anchor menu on the right side to skip to the stuff you want to see first.

Empocal

Empocal is the side product of my first BIG project ever, Zayda Arte. Developing Zayda's portfolio and online store made me notice that exposure is one of the biggest road blocks for small businesses. By combining the ideals of eCommerce and the enphasis of shopping local, Empocal could achieve what big box ordering sites/apps have done to hurt local economies.

Zayda Arte

Zayda is a Tampa, FL artist who specializes in modern and abstract art. Her online store and portfolio were developed through careful consideration of her aesthetic in combination of my UI/UX expertise.

DashElements

DashElements is my take on the layout and look for a potential financial assistant. I believe any project with heavy amounts of textual information (numbers and data) should have a clean and easy to read layout, with enough space between elements. This projects was one of the first designs that challenged me to think critically about how accessibility and design should merge and interact for the user's experience to be as seemless as possible.

Car Model Advertising

This is a potential car model ad featuring a heavy emphasis on the color red, to match the car's color. Though there are several items I would change for a cleaner look, this was one of my favorite course projects as it taught me how to think about small elements and their impact on the overall aesthetic of a product.

Digital Currency

This is a draft of a digital currency website homepage. The main design principles I kept in mind was balance and contrast. The main colors are #0FB786 and #B0DF77 which should remind the user of money and finances.

Daily Planner

These are three drafts for a potential Planner/Event Planner App. The first two (on the left and center) were the closest related to the initial template. The last one (furthest to the right) is the final draft.

ComfyJeans

ComfyJeans is a fictional online store specializing in the sale of different kinds of jeans. Though the colors are not something I would normally choose myself, the challenge was in using a palette that a client may be adamant about using. View the full image to see how I used a form of colorful wireframing to see how the colors would interact before adding pictures.
